Pointe/Pointe Prep: Building on the previous ballet class, Rose will guide dancers through a series of exercises designed to build the strength and increase the foot articulation necessary for successful pointe work. In addition to the exercises, key concepts behind pointe technique will be discussed to deepen understanding and application. Students may choose to take the class en pointe, at the instructor's discretion, or in ballet slippers. Modifications will be provided to accommodate each dancer’s current skill level, ensuring a safe and productive experience. While the class focuses on pointe work and preparation, the exercises and concepts will benefit any dancer’s overall ballet technique.
PLEASE NOTE: Dancers enrolled in this class are required to also take that day's Ballet class to ensure they are properly warmed up.
